Washington, DC, April 11, 2011 – SecureInfo® Corporation, a market-proven provider of cybersecurity and cloud security solutions, today announced that company CEO, Christopher Fountain, has been selected to participate in the "Harnessing the Cloud: Managing Identity, Privacy, and Data Security in the Cloud" panel at the Federal Senior Management Conference. The conference is to be held April 10-13, 2011 at the Hyatt Regency, Chesapeake Bay in Cambridge, Maryland.

Fountain was asked to participate in the conference based on the company’s cloud security expertise and active engagement with federal agencies and cloud services providers. SecureInfo is a leader in enabling cloud service providers to deliver secure cloud solutions to the federal government and critical infrastructure companies.

Moderated by CJ Moses, Senior Manager, AWS Security at Amazon, Fountain joins a prestigious group of panelist, including, Brigadier General Steven Spano, Director of Communications, Air Combat Command, Langley Air Force Base; Robert Flores, former Chief Technology Officer of the CIA; and Lee Badger, Computer Scientist, Computer Security Division, at National Institutes of Standards and Technology (NIST).

About the "Harnessing the Cloud: Managing Identity, Privacy, and Data Security in the Cloud" panel.
While the promise of cloud computing is compelling, agencies are rightfully concerned about how to determine and evaluate the cybersecurity risk associated with cloud computing solutions. Although service providers have an excellent track record of serving federal agencies, they are looking for a guidance and assistance in interpreting and applying NIST 800-37, 800-53, 800-53A, DIACAP and other federal specific regulations and guidance to their operating environments. This panel will discuss security standards and accreditation and discuss cloud security best-practices for agencies and cloud vendors.
